CAMP has two similarity-based search options:
BLAST AGAINST CAMP: This tool can be used for similarity-based search of the input sequences with those present in CAMP database.
BLAST AGAINST NCBI-PROT: This tool can be used for similarity-based search of the input sequences with those present in the NCBI protein database.
