GHDbase is an electronic patient record system for growth hormone deficiency. It is platform independent and web-enabled. In order to facilitate secure data sharing amongst clinicians, GHDbase has a session-based login system, which would prevent unauthorized access. Along with systematic storage of patient records, it also has tools for creation of growth chart, pedigree chart and summary report of each visit of the patient; thus making the system very efficient and user friendly. It is currently being used by Department of Endocrinology, KEM Hospital, Mumbai, India.
